Circuit 1: dumbell curls, sandbag squats, ruck press, kb lunges, run: All players complete three rounds
Circuit 2: dumbell burpees, sandbag cleans, slam ball jumps, kb swings, run: All players complete three rounds

NMM: The PAX may seemed hesitant as to what YHC would do this morning: pilates, meditation, circle… , but all doubts were removed when the coupons rained forth from YHC’s sled. Fun times had by all!
