WARMUP: As predicted by Donkey Hammer, we started slow. Some SSH, leg stretches, arm circles and a quick yoga flow….all set to the legendary Careless Whisper.

THE THANG: An oldie, but a goodie. We performed three full rounds of ULTAS. Four sets of each exercise…Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body, Abs and Sprints. Ended with the ever efficient 30 seconds of flutter kicks before time was up.

MOLESKINE: awesome being back out with you gentlemen after a summer hiatus. Appreciate Donkey Hammer dragging me out. Playlist theme was live shows the family went to this summer with one exception…. careless whisper…because George Michael is dead. THE THANG: Each of the men from 413 Strong, took turns sharing lessons learned over the last 7 weeks in the program and then lead the group in a set of five 8 count Body Builders. Red Skull kick us off and I closed out the set for a solid 50.

Pax took a mosey toward the startdex and repeated the format, this time the men shared Goals for the future with Red Skull closing out with a challenge to push through the next stage of the program.

THE THANG: Partner up and RUN!!! Five PRs this morning and two others beat their six week average time. Overall a great effort by this group of determined men.

MOLESKINE: It is always easier to do hard things when you are doing it with someone else. Thank you for the consistency in coming out to run with this class. It made a huge difference. I think this is the fastest class we have ever had, and a lot of that credit goes to the running partners that encouraged the 4:13 Strong men to keep going.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Signing Day is this Friday, 8/30 at 11:30am. All are welcome. It is a fun way to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of these 8 men.

With no Q in sight we all took to heart the words of our assigned Q and former nantan that we are all free to lead.

Tim the Toolman started with a mosey to the bridge with 5 merkins at all driveways and 10 burpees at all cross streets and ended with lunges across the bridge.

DintyMoore took over and led everyone on a mosey left toward West End with stops in memory of FALCON from STL and 26 reps for each exercise.
