So, I designed today’s Q yesterday and had a few leftovers from my last Q at 413. Per usual, I deviated and the above is pretty close to what happened.
Thank y’all for letting me lead. Pretty good total body workout for the crew with some dynamic movements, primal movements and some Broga moves to get breathing back under control.
