YHC was thinking about CLIMBING this week as such wanted to design a Q w that in mind. Only problem was YHC dropped the B inadvertently and the PAX didn’t have the joy of the 25 Burpees per round. Hence the Qonfusion on the rep counts from YHC. All in all, we did some good work and threw in 5 Burpees at the end in penance.

We still seemed to get the most out of today’s eatdown…YHC was awarded Sweat Stain of the week.

Lots of families hurting out there men. We heard of two men lost last week, one with a wife 6 months pregnant. PSA…please get life insurance, disability insurance and a will at the very least.
