– Jump rope or Knee Taps
– “Psycho” squats with coupon (goblin goblet, straight-arm, above-head)
– Bear Crawl Plank hip-knee-toes
– Swims :sweat:
– American Hammers with weight / Reverse burpees (sit-up to jump)
