Run up to stop sign and down to playground. Partner up. 1 partner holds plank while holding the other partner’s feet for big boy sit-ups. 2 rounds.

Everyone does a carousel of 14 pull-ups (rotating around the circle of bars) while those waiting their turn held a plank.

Part 2: Wet Wipes
Partner runs, 3 rounds. The non-running partner did dips, hangs, and side-to-side hops.

Part 3: Puzzlah
Mosey to parking lot. 7s with carolina dry docks and iron mikes/Lt. Dans, with backwards mosey/bernie as travel.

Mosey to parking lot by the playground. Circle up and hold a plank to “Ring of Fire”. Much mumblechatter.

Partner up. 1 partner holds a static hold position while the other does the exercise, swap and do 3 rounds per exercise with the goal of not resting in transition between the hold and the exercise
– Hollow body hold – 10 V-ups
– Low plank – 15 buzzsaws
– High plank – 10 plank knees-to-elbows (each side is 1/2)

Mosey to playground. 1 partner does 10 hanging leg raises, the other does Freddie Mercuries. 2 rounds.

Part 2: Pole Dancer
Back at the parking lot by the playground.

To celebrate YHC’s birthday, we rolled a red die and a blue die at Startex. 45 reps (each side, if applicable) of the exercise indicated by the red die, 46 reps (each side, if applicable) of the exercise indicated by the blue die. Run up to the stop sign and back, hold a plank for the six. Rinse and repeat. This including the following:
– 45 merkins
– 45 bulgarian split squats (each side)
– 45 dips
– 45 lunges (each side)
– 45 carolina dry docks
– 45 fire hydrants (each side)
– 46 boxcutters
– 46 leg lifts
– 92 american hammers (each side, the only exercise to be rolled twice)
– 46 V-ups
– 46 flutter kicks (each side)

Mosey down to playground.

Conveyer belt of pull-ups. PAX held a plank in a line. First PAX did 1 pull-up, dropped, shifted over one bar and did another pull-up, continuing to shift over one bar at a time until a full circuit of 14 pull-ups was completed. As soon as their was room, the 2nd PAX started. When a PAX finished their 14, they went to the back of the line and held a plank until their turn came up again. Everyone did two full circuits for 28 pull-ups.

Mosey back to Startex. 1 minute hollow body hold.
