Group 1: Run around the Soccer Fields ~ 0.25miles
Group 2: 5 Pullups
Group 3: 10 Hand release Burpies
Group 4: 15 Jump Squats.
Perform (5pullups, 10HRB, 15JS) RnR then do you lap
you need to do 8 laps total and 20 rounds of (5pullups,10HRB, 15JS)
This will equal the 100, 200, 300 with the running distance over 2 miles, which is the Murph.
